(Head Picture is of a prototype)
This is almost a v0.5.1 but due to some changes in the middle part, i decided to make a new version. if it’s better than the last is an open question, but it does have some small changes.
For more information about the Stormskata system, please go back to the v0.5 version.
New features for v0.6:
Rear stock does not follow the rail system all the way, instead it mimics a standard AR buffer tube, and can therefore accommodate AR style buttstocks. (Modeled to fit my SFAR standard stock) It still works to remove the bolt as normal due to the cutout.
For some extra strength I have attached screws and a glue in “nut” to put inside the tube fo be able to secure the buffertube adapter properly. Countersink M4 x 10mm and M6 x 30 is needed.
For you who would like to try on an already printed v0.5, i have also attached a version that is supposed to be glued. ( the one i use in the photos)

Lower now have holes intended to be threaded m4 at the back. They can be used to attach the new rear stock adapter more firmly without glue, or be used with grubscrews to reduce the risk of the middle part moving along the rails in case you are running an un-glued.

The front have also been modified to fit the AR style, and now have a picatinny rail on top. Not my cup of tea but maybe it makes someone happy!
